To approve and to certify with diploma:
1.The decision of RA Supreme Certifying Committee specialized academic council 052 on Physics based in Russian-Armenian University to award Davit Boris Hayrapetyan the degree of Doctor of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics (speciality code Ա.04.10).
